Policies
Reservation: A refundable deposit of $400.00 is required at booking with full payment due 60 days prior to arrival. Rates run from $299.00 to $399.00 per night. A $150.00 non-refundable cleaning fee will be be charged. Rentals run from 4PM, check-in time-- thru 12PM, checkout time. All rental fees and deposits must be by Visa, or MasterCard. The deposit will be refunded with 7 Business days after departure. All rental monies including deposits must be received 60 days prior to occupancy of unit. This unit will not be booked until deposit is received. Ask about Pet Deposits. Contracts are required with security deposit. Rates are in US Dollars. This is a nonsmoking rental.
Refunds
Cancellation and no-show policy: No refund will be issued for no-shows and cancellations made less than 30 days prior to reservation date.
Deposits
MasterCard and Visa are accepted. Deposit of unit is refundable within 7 business days after departure (except for cleaning fee).
